Running Toilet Ruining Year
4.25.99 -- "I just can't wait to go home and see my mommy," said John
McRowan, sitting in Village C West room and staring at Village C East.
"I wonder if they have the same problems over there," he wondered.
Since the beginning of November, McRowan's toilet
has been self-flushing at random times, leading to various personal problems
and strained relations with his friends.
Harbin Arrested
4.27.99 -- Eleven officers stormed Harbin Hall this morning, detaining
the decreped dorm until DC Metropolitan police arrived to arrest the building.
"We have long suspected that the dorm is bad news.
Because the investigation is pending, I cannot say too much more, but I
will say that students should stay the heck out of that place," said Chief
William Tucker of DPS.
